After two decades of working with global business leaders, founders, and investors across sectors, I’ve observed a consistent pattern: technical innovation alone isn’t enough. The teams that successfully scale their solutions are the ones that can effectively communicate their value, connect with the right stakeholders, and navigate the complex funding, partnerships, and policy landscape they need to gain public trust and political and policy support.

This realization is what inspired the creation of HOTHOUSE.
